Zen and the Art of Plate Spinning

Zen and Product Management are not typically used in the same sentence.  Creating roadmaps, monitoring feedback, listening to development, and adjusting for market changes makes prioritization stressful and chaotic.   With so many plates spinning, how does one bring order to the chaos?

The most stressful aspect can come from a simple question: "What comes first?"

As Product Managers, we are relied upon to make priority decisions every day.  We must decide the most important thing to build or do next.  Deciding what comes first can cause even the most seasoned Product Manager a moment of pause and an increased level of anxiety.

You can employ different prioritization techniques to become more Zen, build better products and significantly reduce your stress.

Join Wendy Jacobs as she reviews different methods of prioritization and tips on how and when to use them to improve yourself in the Art of Plate Spinning.
