This one day course provides an in depth dive into the use of requirements modeling as part of a business analyst’s requirements efforts during a project. The course has been designed to provide an overview of requirements modeling, its importance and the basics. Various modeling techniques will be discussed as well as how they can be applied using best practices.
Participants are led through interactive exercises that delve into multiple modeling techniques and tools used by a business analyst. Topics include a requirements
modeling overview, components of a requirements model, organization modeling, functional decomposition, process models, data flow diagrams and interface analysis.
