Master Data Management Overview

Increasing importance placed on regulatory compliance, process improvement, and business intelligence requires companies to re-examine their information management strategy.  Master Data Management is a strategy used to provide consistent, comprehensive information across an enterprise.  Building a Master Data Management strategy is also a core component of a Services Oriented Architecture (SOA).

This Lunch and Learn seminar describes the motivation, benefits, and components that make up a successful MDM project. Real world scenarios are used to communicate how organizations have addressed MDM, the results of these efforts, and the associated lessons learned.

Who should attend?

  • Understand all of the various services and capabilities that are involved in an MDM implementation
  • Relate real world examples of MDM implementations to current data issues within their organization
