Each of these engagements provides a high-value planning service to ensure maximum return on your IT investment. 

SharePoint Deployment Planning Services	The SDPS is a pre-defined, Microsoft-paid service through a customer’s Software Assurance benefit. In this engagement, Cardinal Solutions develops a customized SharePoint deployment plan specific to the customer’s environment with the option of a Proof of Concept activity. This engagement is key to setting a roadmap for SharePoint and reducing overall deployment risk.
Desktop Deployment Planning Services	The DDPS is a pre-defined, Microsoft-paid service through a customer’s Software Assurance benefit. In this engagement, Cardinal Solutions develops a high-level desktop deployment plan specific to the customer’s environment and assesses the overall impact of moving to the latest versions of Windows and Microsoft Office. The resulting deliverables provide the customer with the insight to plan an effective deployment.
Business Value Planning Services	The BVPS is a pre-defined, Microsoft-paid service through a customer’s Software Assurance benefit. In this engagement, Cardinal Solutions works to document, analyze, optimize, justify, sequence, and propose a plan to improve a customer’s business process(es) by leveraging Microsoft technologies. The resulting deliverables provide a clear business case for pursuing a Microsoft Information Worker solution.
