Microsoft BI Developer

We are currently looking for a Senior Database Developer with Microsoft BI experience to join our growing team. The developer will be responsible for handling reports and analysis using SSRS, SSAS and ProClarity. Developers will also handle installation, configuration, and management of all the components of SSRS and SSAS. Other responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing data warehouses/data marts for a variety of Fortune 500 clients using other BI tools, ETL Tools, and databases such as Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server 2005.

Requirements:

• 5 years of IT experience working with data solutions.
• 2 years of experience with SSRS, SSAS or similar tools.
• Solid experience developing applications with SQL Server 2005.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio
• Database programming, design, or modeling experience
• Data extraction and manipulation experience
• Experience with dashboards
• Experience with ETL Tools (such as Ab Initio, Ascential, SSIS, DTS, or Informatica)
• Experience in data replication, extraction, loading and cleansing
• Reporting and OLAP experience with other BI Tools including Business Objects, Brio or Cognos
