Each Future Star is assigned a mentor to advise and guide them through their first year at Cardinal. Mentors are experienced Cardinal professionals who are there to help our Future Stars with a variety of questions or topics including: career planning, technical advice and guidance, client relationship questions, time management, etc.

Cardinal offers a wide range of in-house technical/technology training as well as project discipline training. All of our classes are taught by senior professionals who bring to life the "textbook" material and concepts by sharing real-world examples and lessons learned.
