Jennifer Bleen is a Principle Consultant and team lead at Cardinal Solutions Group.  She has over 10 years experience working as an IT project manager and solution analyst. She has PMP, RUP and Six Sigma white belt certifications and is currently working on her black belt.  She has worked with start-up companies and fortune 50 companies on various projects including financial rating system, developing virtual private networks, developing standards and procedures governing application development and IT infrastructure, IT security administration, crisis management and change control and website development.  Her experience is with waterfall, iterative and agile methods.

Jennifer is also a mother, speaker, and trainer. She enjoys staying involved with the business community and mentoring.  She has been active with the Central Ohio Chapter of PMI since 2000 and became active with the XP User Group May 2007.  She has been serving as the group’s President since January 2008.  She is excited to be part of a great organization and looks forward to continue serving as the group’s President.
