Topic Summary:
A revolution is coming; it is only a matter of time. At some point, someone will no longer tolerate tradition and they will overcome it. The revolution will be in response to a problem. What is the problem? The software construction process! With a scorecard of 30% success (See the 2005 Standish Chaos Report) and 70% failure, someone will stand up and say IT development must change. Will that someone be you? If you are practicing XP, Agile or SCRUM you may just be the next person to make history or just help your company succeed. You must attend this lunch time meeting to find out why XP/Agile or SRUM are the first step in the process.
