Creating breakthrough results with Agile Andrew will discuss creating break-through results while using Agile and Extreme methodologies. He will walk you through a case example where the stakes, emotions, and pressure were high and failure was not option. With obstacles in every direction, Andrew will show the best practices he leveraged to maneuver to the finish line as a winner. About the Presenter Andrew Holowaty is a solution architect and managing consultant for Agile Technologies. He has 15 years of experience creating solutions for large enterprises in the finance, insurance, supply chain, and government industries. Andrew's passion is technology and how to apply it to simplify and solve complex business problems. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a BS/BA and MBA. He has his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and has recently become a core PMP instructor for the central Ohio PMI chapter. He primarily works with Microsoft technologies and is a MCDBA, MCSD, and MCAD. He resides in Dublin with his beautiful wife and four kids.
