Topic: “Planning Extreme Programming”
This presentation will discuss how Extreme Programming projects are managed, from the perspective of a project manager and a technical lead. We will walk through how to do high level release planning, how to do iteration planning and how to track iterations. We will discuss how to break a user story down into engineering tasks. If you are interested in learning how to run your XP projects, this is the session for you!
About the Speaker:
Linda Farrenkopf is the President and Founder of the local chapter of the Extreme Programming User’s Group, also known as XPColumbus. Ms. Farrenkopf has 24 years of professional experience in software and systems analysis, design, and development. She has thirteen years of experience in technical and project leadership roles. Her areas of expertise include telecommunications, real-time applications, and object-oriented analysis and design. She has 16 years of software engineering consulting experience and is currently employed as Director of Project Management by Flairsoft.
