Tip will discuss the results of applying Extreme Programming and other agile practices to the projects he has been involved with at OCLC over the last 5 years.

About the Presenter:
Tip House a Chief Architect for the OCLC Online Computer Library
Center, author of the book Testing Extreme Programming (Addison-Wesley, 2002, with Lisa Crispin), and creator of the WebART test automation tool, the DocMgr Document management system, and the Find search engine(for which he was a finalist in the 2006 TopCat Inventor of the year award). Tip has presented papers and workshops at conferences throughout the United States and in Europe, including the Software Test, Analysis, and Review, the International Conference on Testing Computer Software, Quality Week, ACM SIGDOC, XP 2001, XP/Agile Universe, and the International Conference on Software Measurement. He has published in Informatik/Informatique and contributed a chapter to the book Extreme Programming Perspectives.
