Retrospectives: Finding and Fixing Problems on a Team
Agile team retrospectives help teams examine what went right and what went wrong during a sprint or a release. Traditionally, lessons learned sessions (also known as "postmortems") were only conducted at the end of the project--too late to help. By being iterative and incremental, we are now able to accurately find and fix problems to help the team today. We will discuss tools, tricks, and tips to use during team retrospectives to stress continuous improvement through experimental changes, even those that may fail. We’ll discuss how to deal with problems, and implement solutions effectively throughout the project. The ultimate goal is to make good teams great!
