Topic: Requirements Management for XP Projects
This presentation will provide an overview of requirements management and how this fits in with an XP project. Techniques for gathering requirements, documenting them and providing requirements traceability through to system test cases will be discussed, with special emphasis given to how this important aspect of a project fits in with an XP approach to software development.

Susan Rhein has over 17 years experience designing and building software systems primarily in the defense, financial and retail industries. She has built many systems from scratch, starting with requirements gathering and analysis activities, and seen them through to production rollout. She started working with C++ and building object oriented systems in 1989 and started working with Java as soon as the first releases were available. She is a SUN Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) or the JAVA2 Platform. Susan formed Software Lifecycle Solutions, Inc. (www.slsolutions.com) in 1996 as a software consulting services firm.
