Topic Summary: Going Extreme
"Going Extreme" is a half day workshop Jeff holds at customer sites to help them formulate a strategy for adopting eXtreme Programming practices. In this condensed version Jeff will layout a framework you can use in your organization to determine what practices you should adopt and the order in which they should be adopted on a team-by-team basis. He will also spend time detailing several of the practices focusing on adoption strategies, context, variations, and negative consequences of its adoption. Be ready to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty on this one folks.

About the Speaker:
Jeff Morgan has worked in IT for 22 years in various roles from a developer to directory of technology. He is a recognized figure in the open source community and has traveled internationally to speak about open source development. Two years ago he started eXPect more, a consulting firm in the Cleveland area focusing on helping their customers adopt agile engineering practices.
