This month Mr. Dheeraj Kulshrestha will be discussing:

Automated quality management approach for managing functional and non-functional requirements.

In this presentation, we will discuss how automated tools can help deliver a defect free solution using a case study of business process management COTS framework (Flairdocs). The discussion will also focus on how COTS products have enhanced quality assurance needs. Additionally, there is a need to ensure requirements be defined completely and be signed off by key stakeholders.

Biography of Mr. Dheeraj Kulshrestha

Dheeraj Kulshrestha, Managing Partner, Flairsoft: Mr. Kulshrestha has over 23 years of experience in delivering effective solutions for a variety of industries, including government, manufacturing and financial services. He
blends his technical knowledge and management experience to serve the needs of executives and operational managers. He has served in a number of senior management roles involving strategy formulation, e-government, web services and business process reengineering. He regularly participates in Property Records Industry Association (PRIA) conferences and has contributed to the eRecording XML workgroup. Mr. Kulshrestha chaired and presented in a number of local and national conferences. He has been an active presenter at Object Oriented Programming, Systems, Languages and Application (OOPSLA) and Southeastern Electric Exchange Annual Conference (SEE). Prior to founding Flairsoft, Mr. Kulshrestha served as Vice President of Product Development at Ultryx, where he led the architecture of Asset Management & Supplier Procurement System for ABB. He also served as Director of Software Engineering for CheckFree Corporation, where he implemented electronic bill payment and banking solutions. Mr. Kulshrestha earned MS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
