Project Resource and Estimation Planning - PREP
This seminar will provide a high level summary of Cardinal's method for estimating the effort required to
build enterprise applications. Why is this seminar is important to you? Over the past several years Cardinal
has prepared effort estimates and project plans for custom application development efforts ranging in size
from $50K to $2M. Our estimating process has been adjusted and recalibrated to reflect the metrics
collected during the delivery phases of these projects.

Prerequisites
A general knowledge of project management / iterative development methodologies is helpful, but not
required.
