Interaction Designer - COLUMBUS
Cardinal Solutions’ Project Services Practice is currently seeking an Interaction Designer to join its growing team in Columbus. Candidates should be self-driven and possess an advanced degree of proficiency in the following areas:
- Designing paper prototypes and wire frames
- Planning and conducting usability tests and providing recommendations for improvements throughout the product development cycle
- Developing user profiles, scenarios and personas
- Creating and adhering to product design conventions and guidelines
- Heuristic Analysis
- Focal Group Analysis
- UCD techniques such as contextual inquiry, task analysis, card sorting, etc.
- User interface design & development for thin, thick and rich client environments.
- Interface-specific technology and tools such as XHTML/CSS/JavaScript, iRise, EZSort, Photoshop, Illustrator, DreamWeaver, Flash.
- Use cases & functional specifications
Candidates should have a BS/BA degree (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of two years relevant working experience in Human Factors, Cognitive Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, or related program.
