Summary:
The development phase is delayed, and the testing phase is shortened to make up time. This is a real software development project scenario that can be mitigated through the implementation of iterative testing. This testing methodology is becoming more and more popular to address project scheduling, quality, and resource challenges.
This presentation will introduce the basic concepts of iterative testing and its advantages. It will cover the definition of iterative testing, when it should be used, and how it can effectively complement the testing phase of iterative development projects.
