February 23:
Planning Iterative Development
Contact: Annie Kerregan
Summary:
Iterative development can be both challenging and rewarding. Challenging in the sense that it requires more work from the project manager due to its dynamic nature. Rewarding in the sense that it will more clearly show project progression as well as provide opportunities to change direction.
This presentation will lay out the basic approach to planning iterative projects. It will cover how to partition the project plan into phases and iterations allowing clear milestones to be defined.
